Last night I would've gotten another scene done, but when dealing with wreckage there comes the inherent danger of hitting the loose pieces. Which I did. Multiple times. So that shot was essentially ruined, although I saved it as a iStopMotion file just in case I messed up even worse tonight. Thankfully I didn't, so I used tonight's take. This is where the Jail Guard is shown in probably the goriest shot in the entire film, where he is covered in blood* and his hand has been blown off. I guess that would warrant a PG-13 rating! Anyway, I got that shot done and now I'm just about a shot away from finishing up the Scene 3 and starting set building on Scene 6. Also with this shot I passed the three-minute mark of footage that I've done, which is about 1/7 of the projected total length. I'll get it done somehow.
*The blood is made from a mix of honey and red food coloring, and it makes a very realistic and gooey (so it doesn't run during filming) bloodish mixture.
